These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and Martina Goss. 

By registering for or attending any course or training session, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

· We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information provided in marketing materials, course descriptions, web content, and communications. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information and accept no liability for errors or omissions.

· Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Irish or EU law.

· We are not liable for the consequences of any actions taken based on course content, materials, communications or advice.

· We reserve the right to change course offerings, prices, and terms without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website: https://martina-goss.com. Please check periodically for updates.

· Course places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

· Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a valid Purchase Order (PO), unless other arrangements are agreed in writing.

· We endeavor to confirm bookings by email acknowledgement within three working days.

· Course correspondence will be sent via email. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details updated.

· Access to training sessions is granted only after full payment has been received and confirmed in our account.

· If you attend without prior booking, attendance is subject to availability and immediate payment will be required. No access will be granted in the absence of full payment.

· Course details (date, time, duration, and format) are confirmed at booking. Any changes to the course details will be announced as early as possible.

· Course materials (if applicable) will be delivered by email. Hard copies will only be provided upon request or where required by the course format.

· Presenters may opt not to distribute their materials post-event. This decision must be respected.

· All course fees are quoted and payable in Euro unless otherwise specified.

· Fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

· Your payment provider may apply additional processing charges; we are not responsible for these fees.

· Full payment must be made prior to the course start date.

· Access to events will not be granted without prior payment in full. 

· Late payments may result in denied access to the event. If payment is later confirmed, a full refund will be issued.

· We reserve the right to apply late payment interest and recovery costs under the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2012.

· If we cancel a course without rescheduling, all fees will be refunded in full.

· If a course is rescheduled, you may transfer your booking to the new date or request a refund.

· Refunds will be processed within 10 business working days.

· If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to a colleague by emailing us their details. It is your responsibility to give us adequate notice of any transfer. 

· If you are unable to attend and wish to reschedule to a future date, we will accommodate this where possible. Written notice must be received by email to info@martinagoss.comat least 48 hours before the course begins. Any fee difference between the original training and the rescheduled training will be payable or refundable. We require 48 hours notice of rescheduling, such to allow us to free up the space for another participant to attend in your place.  

· If you cancel your place, written notice must be received by email to info@martinagoss.com at least 48 hours before the course begins; otherwise, the full fee will apply. We recommend that you retain proof of your cancellation for your records. 

· As training may not be recorded, it is your responsibility to attend live on the day.

· If you booked online as a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. If the course begins within this period, you must expressly waive this right at booking.

· All course materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

· You may be granted a limited, non-transferable license to download materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

· This access is granted at our discretion and does not constitute a transfer of ownership or permanent license.

· You may not:

· - Modify, copy, distribute or use materials for commercial or public purposes;

· - Decompile or reverse engineer any software;

· - Remove copyright or proprietary notices;

· - Share materials with third parties without permission.

· This license terminates automatically upon breach. You must delete all downloaded materials upon termination, whether in electronic or printed format.

· We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, costs or losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

· Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the total fees paid by you.

· Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

· We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://martina-goss.com). This includes data processed for the performance of a contract or legitimate interest. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information. 

· By booking a course, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the policy.

· You may not record, photograph, transmit or share any part of an online session without our prior written consent.

· Online sessions may be recorded by us. If you do not wish to appear in recordings, please notify us in advance to arrange alternatives.

· You will not receive any payment in relation to the use, publication, or distribution of any recordings.

· By attending, you:

· - Acknowledge our ownership of all recordings;

· - Grant us permission to use recordings for internal or promotional use;

· - Waive claims for any loss or damage arising from such use, except in cases of negligence or misconduct by us.

· Sharing event links or recordings with non-paying participants is prohibited.

· Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information disclosed during the course unless disclosure is required by law.

· We are not responsible for the confidentiality of information shared by participants with other attendees or third-party providers.

· Participants are reminded that they are responsible for the confidentiality of any information they choose to disclose during group sessions or live events.

· We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and in good faith through discussion.

· In the event a dispute cannot be resolved through informal discussion, the parties agree to submit the dispute to a qualified mediator in Ireland before pursuing court action.

· These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

· Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
